Access to Mental Fitness App
Daily mindfulness practice using the Positive Intelligence App will boost your mental fitness. You receive reminders throughout the day to boost your PQ muscle. The goal is to boost your PQ to 75 points and above daily. Research has shown this will lead to wellness and life balance.
Three 1:1 Sessions with Sheron
As part of the Positive Intelligence Program, you will have daily exercises, watch a weekly video, and participate in pod discussions. In addition, I will provide three 1:1 coaching sessions to help you achieve the best possible outcome.
Boost Mental Fitness
Using the Positive Intelligence Program, you will enhance your relationships, create trust and intimacy. Be confident in your capacity to make better choices. Work on quieting your inner judge so that you can move forward in a positive way.

About the Program
NEUROSCIENCE BREAKTHROUGH
The Positive Intelligence Program is based on cutting edge neuroscience, organizational science and positive psychology. PQ measures the percentage of time that your brain is working positively (serving you) versus negatively (sabotaging you). Increasing your PQ can lead to greater happiness and achievement. Research has also shown that higher PQ can enhance overall health and wellbeing.
SELF-ASSESSMENT
The first step is the PQ assessment at positiveintelligence.com. Upon completion a report will be generated identifying your top accomplice Saboteurs (Stickler, Hyper-Achiever, Restless, Controller, Pleaser, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Victim and Avoider." The master universal Saboteur is the Judge.
THE WORK
Humans tend to focus on the negativity bias. All of these wasteful feelings are generated by your Saboteurs. This causes stress, anxiety, self-doubt, guilt, shame and frustration. Every challenge can be met by the Sage Perspective (Empathy, Navigate, Explore, Activate and Innovate). The Sage Perspective generates positive feelings. Through this program you will gradually enhance your mental fitness muscles through short mindfulness techniques to tip the happiness and wellbeing odds in your favor.
