Wellbeing & Leadership Coach
My background includes 28 years of leadership experience in the California Legislature with an emphasis in leadership and training. I am certified by the International Coaching Federation, the Tiny Habits Academy and the University of California, Davis Professional Coaching for Life and Work Programs. I have completed the Positive Intelligence program and currently training to be an ADAPT Health Coach.
Through Motivational Interviewing, Appreciative Inquiry and design thinking I will support you through the stages of change.
I look forward to working with you to help you define your purpose, creating a space to reach your goals, and increase overall personal/professional performance.

Experience
With almost thirty years of legislative and political experience, I look forward to helping individuals reach their goals.
As a health coach, I also understand the importance of diet, lifestyle and behavior changes. It can be challenging to work full-time and balance your health needs. Through design thinking and/or a vision exercise, I look forward to co-creating a plan to help clients achieve wellness and reach their outcomes.

Certificates
I have a certificate from the University of California, Davis, Division of Continuing Education and Professional Educations in Coaching for Life and Work. I am also Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. I am a certified Tiny Habits Academy Coach and trained in the Positive Intelligence methodology.

Last October, I began my journey as a student in the ADAPT Health Coach year long program. This additional training will help clients further develop self-management strategies.

Specialization
I specialize in helping leaders and individuals reach their potential through 1:1 coaching, comprehensive training and mindfulness activities. Additionally, I have completed the first six months of my ADAPT health training, which includes in-depth education in many science-based practices to improve health.
I offer a variety of programs including 1:1 private coaching, a 6-week positive intelligence program and executive leadership trainings.
